What are your rates?

In my studio, you can have the flexibility of a monthly tuition model ($115/month), or be charged at an a-la-carte rate. You decide what’s best for you or your child.

I also offer group lessons for three up to six students.

Monthly tuition is due the first of each month or the beginning of the group session. A-la-carte tuition is due before or at the lesson.

Tuition may be paid by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.

What if my child is sick?

If your child is sick, please do not bring them to piano lessons. If they have a mild cold or a sickness where they can function but should remain home, please contact me for a Facetime lesson.

So, what does my annual tuition cover?

Your tuition covers (in part):

• Time spent with the student - lessons, classes, group lesson, recitals, etc.

• Time spent preparing for the student such as searching for appropriate music, lesson planning, bookkeeping, etc.

• The teacher’s training and experience.

• Studio expenses - copying, computer software, programs, piano tunings, repairs.

• Additional self-employment taxes, business licenses, etc.

Do you give sibling discounts? ; Other discounts?

Yes, I do. As a mother of five, I certainly appreciated getting a discount when my children were young. I have no set formula as to the amount of a discount you may get regarding siblings, since each situation is unique, but I will offer a discount.

Additionally, if a student is on the A-la-carte plan and pre-pays for ten lessons, they may subtract 10% from the total due. A record of the lessons will be kept on a punch card and lessons must be taken within five months of issue.
